2. Pullman

This neighborhood began as a first-of-its-kind planned community for the workers of the Pullman Palace Car Co. Its historic significance and buildings from the late 1800s earned it the status of National Monument.

Pullman City Market is now open to the public July 11 until Oct. 31 on Wednesdays from 7 a.m.-1 p.m. Explore more farmers’ markets.

    Looking for information on the estate on Spring between Wright & Canedy where my gr-gr-grandfather worked as a gardener late 1860s to 1870 when he was listed (not indexed) in the census as living in the household of George A. Schull
